I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders are shipped out only on Saturdays. Our processing time frame is currently one week from your order date. For example if you order on a Tuesday, your order will not be shipped out until 2 Saturdays from the day of your order. if you order on a Sunday the following Saturday you can expect you order to ship. Once  7 days from your order date has past, the next Saturday after 7 days, your order will be shipped. Once shipped, it should arrive in 2-3 business days. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Unfortunately we can not accept returns due the nature of the product. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24hrs of your order only! After 24hrs, we start production and no orders can be canceled at that time. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship through out the U.S.A. The average shipping time is 2-3 business days.
